Cancellation Policy

 For items/products:

1. You can cancel your order anytime before it has shipped, we will refund entire amount.
2. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product.

For service:

1. Cancellation of Automatic Renewal of Account: Customer has to notify us to cancel automatic renewal at least 3 business days prior to the account expiration date.
2. If customer wants to cancel the service before one complete cycle, a partial refund will be given based on the number of days services used.
